GIFT Diamond Tower is a skyscraper proposed for Gujarat International Finance Tec-City in Gandhinagar in the Indian state of Gujarat. If constructed, the complex is expected to be completed by 2017 and will consist of the 410 metres (1,345 ft) Diamond Tower[1] and the core CBD of GIFT, comprising a total of 25,800,000 sq ft (2,400,000 m2). Already, 15,000,000 sq ft (1,400,000 m2) of the floorspace of this first phase has already been secured by a host of national and international companies, with MOUs for the other 10 million in the works.
